- When you get angry, you should sit if you are standing, you should lie down if you are sitting. This is a proven method of anger management.

- You should try to divert your attention to a sweet music or a lively television show

- Think about some pleasant things that happened in your life and you could manage your anger efficiently.

- Take time to think deep into the matter that made you angry.

- If you feel anger within you while you are at a place, leave the place immediately.

 

Anger management is not a method of finding a solution for your problems. Problems will exist throughout the life of any individual. But, on the other hand, anger management is something through which you could get over your anger. Unless you could pacify your mind, you cannot be peaceful and you have to spend your time in extreme tension. If you lose your peace of mind, you will get lots of diseases that are related to tension such as high blood pressure. When you think for a minute that you are going to gain nothing out of your anger, then you will know the ways and means of anger management and will try to follow it. Swallow your anger and be cheerful!
